How to Relieve Tight Hips with Stretching Exercises

Tight hips are a common condition caused by too much sitting. Some of the symptoms of tight hip muscles are pain when getting out of bed in the morning, difficulty bending over to pick something up off the floor, sleeping on your stomach, and watching TV lying on your side. Tight hips can also lead to sciatica, so stretching in order to loosen up hip muscles is important.

To stretch your hips in order to relieve pain or prevent further injury you can do specific stretches for each area of the hip, such as 15 minutes every other day. Here are some stretching exercises for the hips
